This means that the client user does not have sufficient privileges to save the settings in the registry. These settings are saved in both HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Horticopia and HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\Horticopia.
To resolve this problem, you should log on to the computer as Administrator and then start the program. You will then be asked by the program to browse to the server. The path settings will then be written in the registry and saved for future users who are not Administrators, since they are allowed to read the registry.
